Katreena Dyrek is an artist and teacher currently getting her master's at Central Saint Martins in London, United Kingdom. She is studying fabric dye, manipulation and how nature mimics human relationships. She graduated in 2014 from Northeastern University Chicago with a degree in Art Education focused on painting and graphic design.  She has experience teaching sustainable art practices to students ages 3 and up.  She has four years of experience working with K-8 students at Mary Gage Peterson Elementary. She has four years of experience teaching Graphic Design, 3-D Art, AP 2D Design and AP Drawing in Jeju, South Korea.  Her art-making practice focuses on sustainable fabric manipulation and found objects.
